Did you know Shah Rukh Khan’s NOSE helped him bag Hema Malini’s Dil Aashna Hai?

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most loved and followed actors in Bollywood.

Shah Rukh Khan is one of the most loved and followed actors in Bollywood. His fan following is unmatched, but this wasn’t the case when he started off. The superstar travelled to Bombay from Delhi and 25 years ago, he started his journey in Bollywood. He struggled and worked hard to reach where he is today. Just a while back, Shah Rukh Khan launched a book written by Samar Khan – “SRK 25 years of a life.” During the launch, SRK and Samar got into a discussion about his journey, the directors he worked with and is working with currently. During the chat, SRK mentioned how he was lucky that so many good people gave him the opportunity to be what he is. While recalling an incident, he also made a rather hilarious revelation about his conversation with Hema Malini during Dil Aashna Hai.

He recalled, “I was a odd looking boy, I spoke too fast and I was not from a film background, but they gave me an opportunity. Hema ji is not here, but tell me who gets an opportunity in his life to sit across the dream girl and she says I like your nose, it’s very aristocratic and you got into my film coz of that. Vo naak jisko main chupata phirta tha, vo naak Hema Malini ko pasand hai (The nose that I used to hide, Hema Malini liked that nose).” ALSO READ – Shah Rukh Khan has penned down the foreword for his book SRK 25 Years Of A Life and it is HEARTWARMING
