IS SALMAN KHAN DATING AMY JACKSON?

Is This the Real Reason Why Salman Khan Gatecrashed 2.0 First Look Launch Event?

\

Salman Khan’s surprise entry to Rajinikanth’s 2.0 first look launch uninvited grabbed headlines for obvious reasons. While Khan stated that he dropped by to meet his idol, superstar Rajinikanth, it seems there is a more than what meets the eye.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Salman Khan is not any more with Iulia Vantur but is smitten by another foreign beauty. The lady in question is Amy Jackson. Onlookers at the 2.0 event state that Salman dropped by actually to support Jackson, who is the leading lady of the film. While the cast and crew posed with Salman on stage, Salman was seen constantly talking to Amy, who simply smiled and blushed in return.

Has Salman Khan found love in Amy Jackson, after Iulia Vantur?

Salman Khan and Iulia Vantur are a thing of past now. Brutal no? Just a few months ago we were raving about Bhai and his Romanian girlfriend who was a permanent fixture at his Galaxy Apartments home. She was also seen travelling with his mother Salma and sister Alvira to his Sultan sets.

They were going really strong, grapevine was abuzz with a possible wedding too! But things fell apart and they had to part ways. Vantur made her breakup very public with her interview to a local newspaper back at her home. Sallu Bhai seems undeterred with his break up as he is already moved past this Romanian beauty right into the gorgeous arms of someone else.

Now, aren’t you excited to know who’s this beauty to have caught Bhai’s attention? Well, she is 2.0’s leading lady Amy Jackson.

Weren’t you a little surprised as Salman made a surprise appearance at Rajinikanth-Akshay Kumar’s 2.0 first look launch? This is not a typical thing the Tubelight actor would do. According to Mumbai Mirror, it was a romantic gesture for his lady love who was seen blushing on the dais which she shared with Thalaivar and Akki.

Now, now, now this is truly an interesting turn of events for Salman. Right? There seems to be a common thread if you look at all his past relationships with Katrina Kaif, Iulia Vantur and now Amy Jackson: They are all foreigners. Hmm, we got your weak spot, Salman.

Truth Behind The Unfortunate Love Story Of Amitabh And Rekha

Unforgettable Rekha And Amitabh Love story

Amitabh and Rekha's love story is one of the most talked about affairs of Bollywood even till date. Yet, this much-talked about love story always remained a mystery as both the actors never accepted their relationship in public. While the two themselves have said very little, everyone else seems more than certain about the affair.
Amitabh and Rekha- the two legends of our film industry, how did it all begin and how it ended? Here is unfolding the secret behind this love story.
An unsuccessful love-story of one of the most successful romantic pairs of Bollywood.
Their love story began on the sets of film Do Anjaane (1976)During the initial days of their relationship, the couple used to meet in a bungalow that belonged to Rekha's friend. Everything was a smooth sail until an incident happened.

During the shoots of Ganga Ki Saugandh (1978), Big B reportedly lost his temper on a co-actor who was misbehaving with Rekha. After this, their affair came in the limelight and grabbed the media attention.

The gossip mills started churning out stories of Rekha-Amitabh's affair. They even made headlines saying that Rekha and Amitabh have got secretly married. And, these speculations caught more fire when Rekha turned up at Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh's wedding wearingsindoor and mangalsutra. Many questions about this jodi’s affair were answered with this bold step taken by Rekha.

It was reported that after this incident, Jaya Bachchan, invited Rekha home for dinner and told her candidly that she would never leave her husband whatever may happen. And likewise, Jaya kept her promise till the very end.
In an interview given to Filmfare magazine in 1984, Rekha spoke about Amitabh’s denial of their relationship.
She said,
"Why should he have not done it? He did it to protect his image, his family, his children. Why should the public know of my love for him or his love for me? I love him and he loves me- that’s it! If he’d reacted that ways towards me in private, I would have been very disappointed.”
She further added,
“Mr. Bachchan is still old-fashioned. He doesn’t want to hurt anybody so why hurt his wife?”

Amitabh Bachchan despite the superfluous love for Rekha, never admitted it in public. On the other hand, Rekha boldly admitted her love for him. Silsila was this enigmatic couple's last film together.
In an interview with BBC, director Yash Chopra said that Rekha and Amitabh were very much in a relationship before Silsila.
Chopra said,
"I was always on tenterhooks and scared (during Silsila) because it was real life coming into reel life. Jaya is his wife and Rekha is his girlfriend and the same story is going on (in real life). Anything could have happened because they are working together."

After the shoot of Silsila, Amitabh-Rekha’s relationship began to fade. Rekha wanted to marry Amitabh and did not want to settle down with the tag of the 'other woman' in Amitabh's life. She realised she has no future in this relationship. With this, their passionate love story came to an end, both on and off screen.

Rekha wears Sindoor for Big B?
Well, even though Rekha and Amitabh went their separate paths afterwards, but it is well-known that Rekha has always seen making appearances supporting a sindoor on her forehead. While most people for long dismissed it to be Rekha's unique style statement, Deepika Issar, wife of Puneet Issar, believes it to be otherwise. "Rekha wears sindoor for Big B," says Deepali.
What's more? It is also well-known that it was Puneet Issar who accidently caused an injury to Amitabh Bachchan while shooting for Coolie, which became extremely fatal for the star. Puneet Issar recently became a household name once again thanks to Bigg Boss 8.
Post-Silsila, Amitabh is said to have ignored Rekha altogether. Though the two came quite close to starring together in R Balki’s Shamitabh, they did not share any screen space together. This shows that the wounds may have healed with time, the scars never disappeared.
Rekha's lonely life has seen many rumours and some truth. Even her marriage to Delhi-based businessman Mukesh Aggarwal did not last long. But whatever the circumstances had been for their breakup, the heavy aura of this sad love-story still lingers on!

Rekha: A Timeless Beauty @62

Beautiful Evergreen Rekha, her Life Story:

01At 62, Rekha might no longer believe in celebrating birthdays as she has reportedly said. However, ever since this Southern beauty entered Bollywood, she has lost none of the mystique and glamour that have made her a figure of national fascination over her many years in the industry. We celebrate her birthday with a journey through her life and times.

This image was posted on Instagram by bollywood.q80

Rekha was born Bhanurekha Ganesan to Tamil actor Gemini Ganesan and Telugu actress Pushpavalli. With acting in her blood, it was only natural that she should took to the silver screen.
However, it wasn't easy. The actress has led a controversial life and it began with her birth.

Rekha's parents were not married and her father Gemini Ganesan refused to acknowledge her. On her part, Rekha kept her identity secret and revealed her origins and the story of her father's neglect much later in her career. She was famously estranged from her father after she made it big and ignored his attempts at reconciliation. Gemini Ganesan already had four daughters with his first wife, Alamelu. He had a second daughter with Pushpavalli, and another daughter and a son with second wife Savitri. Rekha has one sister, five half-sisters and a half-brother.

Credited as Baby Bhanurekha in the Telugu film Rangula Ratnam (1966), Rekha made her acting debut at age 12. Rekha made her Bollywood debut in 1969 with the movie Anjana Safar (later retitled Do Shikari). She bagged her first role as a lead actress in Sawan Bhadon (1970) opposite Navin Nischol.
The film was a big hit and Rekha became a star overnight.

Then came a blockbuster hit opposite Amitabh Bachchan in Muqaddar Ka Sikandar. In the immensely popular film, Rekha's 'smouldering intensity' as the courtesan Zohra brought her a Best Supporting Actress nomination at the Filmfare Awards.

In 1981, Yash Chopra made Silsila and executed a casting coup with Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan playing a married couple and Rekha playing the 'other woman.'

Silsila was widely considered a case of art imitating life as Rekha's alleged personal alliance with the married Amitabh had gathered notoriety amongst filmgoers.

The two actors gave a string of hit films together spurning reams of gossip about their 'relationship'. Silsila, however, turned out to be their last collaboration.

But if her life off-screen was languishing, Rekha's career was blazing away, firing on all engines. She was mesmerising in 1981 film Umrao Jaan and her portrayal of the titular courtesan poetess won her the National Film Award for Best Actress.

The latter half of the '80s saw her venture into art house cinema with independent directors.
Shyam Benegal's award-winning drama, Kalyug (1981), Govind Nihalani's Vijeta (1982), Girish Karnad's Utsav (1984) and Gulzar's Ijaazat (1987) were some of Rekha's memorable films from this era.

Rekha's career graph showed a dip at the dawn of the '90s and she started losing lead roles to younger actresses. Once again, she put her talent for reinvention to good use with roles in Mira Nair's risqué Kama Sutra: A Tale of Love (1996) and the commercially successful Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi (1996) opposite Akshay Kumar. In the latter, she played the role of a gangster (which won her another award) and earned her the nickname 'Madam X'.

Khiladiyon Ka Khiladi was a major grosser and earned Rekha several awards, including the Filmfare Best Supporting Actress Award and the Star Screen Award for Best Villain.

Many consider her unlucky in love, however. In 1990, Rekha married Delhi-based businessman Mukesh Aggarwal, a relationship that ended in tragedy when Mr Aggarwal committed suicide a year later.

While she has always remained secretive about her personal life, this year many shocking revelations were made about the life of the actress in a biography by Yasser Usman.

Titled Rekha: The Untold Story, the biography is a tell-all supposedly bringing many rumours around the actress' enigma to the forefront, and addressing the relationships in her life.

Skywatchers Shoot Stunning 'Supermoon' Photos

Last night's Stunning amazing 'Supermoon' Photos

From Beijing to Berlin, star gazers around the world admired the supermoon - the largest, brightest full moon in nearly seven decades - as it made its way across the skies on Sunday and Monday.

In Australia, some sky-watchers climbed to the top of the Sydney Harbour Bridge to get a closer view of the moon as it ducked between the clouds over the city. Astronomers said it was closer to Earth than at any time since 1948.

The phenomenon was visible first in Asia, sending astronomy enthusiasts and photographers flocking to the best viewing spots, hoping the chronic pollution that blights many of the region’s cities would not spoil the fun.

At a distance of 356,509km this is the closest it has been to Earth since 1948, creating what Nasa described as “an extra-supermoon.”

Skygazers took to high-rise buildings, tourist landmarks and beaches worldwide on Monday to catch a glimpse of the closest “supermoon” to Earth in almost seven decades.

The unusually big and bright moon happens when the Earth’s satellite rock is full at the same time as, or very near, perigee—its closest point to our planet on its monthly ellipsis-shaped orbit.

The supermoon, also known as a blood moon, was produced when the shadow of Earth cast a reddish glow on the moon, the result of a rare combination of an eclipse with the closest full moon of the year.

For more than an hour on Sunday night and early on Monday morning, Earth’s shadow blanketed the full moon as the planet passed between the sun and the moon.

The next supermoon-lunar eclipse combination will not happen until 2033.

Aishwarya and Salman Khan Love story

Unforgettable love story of Salman Khan and Aishwarya Rai's

The love story of Salman Khan and the former Miss. World Aishwarya Rai is the stuff of Bollywood legend. The famous love affair started when they were shooting for the film ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ and they literally gave their hearts to each other. The macho superstar and the lovely damsel made a stunning couple. The media gossip columns just couldn’t stop writing about them. Things were hunky dory between the two in the years 1999 to 2001. They were always seen together and the neighbors of Aishwarya frequently saw Salman visiting her flat.

However, this was a love story that was never meant to be successful. The couple broke up in March 2002 and Aishwarya said she took the decision as Salman admitted that he was not faithful to her. But possessive Salman Khan couldn’t accept the denial and retaliated back. She later stated, “The Salman Khan chapter was a nightmare in my life and I am thankful to god that it is over.”

Aishwarya accused Salman of harassing her and her family. Even the Rai family formally lodged police complaint against the misbehaving actor. The intoxicated actor was found hounding the actress, hurling abuse to her and breaking the window glasses of her apartment and even breaking up the furniture. Aishwarya talked about this painful phase in her life as, “After we broke up, he would call me and talk rubbish. He also suspected me of having affairs with my co-stars. I was linked up with everyone, from Abhishekh Bachchan to Shah Rukh Khan. There were times when Salman got physical with me, luckily without leaving any marks. And I would go to work as if nothing had happened.”

During the shooting of the film, “Kuch Na Kaho” Salman entered the film set and after having an argument with her he pushed her down to the ground. Incidentally Abhishek Bachchan was her hero in the film.

A couple of months later the same thing happened in the sets of a film where Aishwarya was acting with Shah Rukh Khan. As the quarrel between the couple became heated, Shah Rukh tried to intervene between the two but Salman didn’t like it and hurled abuse at Shah Rukh Khan as well. This soured the relation between the two actors and the bad blood between the two still continues till date.

As a result of these violent incidents other actors started to shy away from acting with her but she gradually overcame all the obstacles to establish herself as a successful heroine of the tinsel town.

Salman Khan reflecting on his love affair said, “I love Aishwarya. I am not hounding her. It’s not a teenage obsession that I feel for her — it’s pure love. She’s such a traditional Hindustani girl at the bottom of her heart. The fact that she respects her parents so much makes me admire her more.”

Aishwarya and Salman Khan Love story

After the Amitabh-Rekha love story, it is perhaps the unfinished love story between Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Salman Khan that has captured the imagination of the nation. Even after the affair between the duos has ended years ago and Ash is now happily married to Abhishek Bachchan, the story still flutters the hearts of many. The gossip mills get rolling even today at the slightest whisper of them.

Going by media reports, a sizzling chemistry erupted between these two charismatic personalities during the shooting of the movie ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’ in 1999 when Salman was allegedly having an affair with Pakistani actress, Somi Ali. Till 2001, the couple had everything hunky dory between them as they painted the town red with their incredible passion. The couple seemed inseparable with Salman making frequent visits to Aishwarya’s place and the couple spotted together at all events and parties.

After two years of whirlwind romance, things started to turn sour between the two as differences started taking an ugly turn. Number of chipping stones is attributed for the final breakup which was sadly quite ugly and sordid. Salman’s over possessiveness of Aishwarya and his drunken stupor are cited as the major lethal blows to their relationship. Even though Aishwarya’s parents have never approved of Salman, she had stood by him through thick and thin while their relationship lasted. Salman was reportedly creating ugly scenes at Ash’s parent’s house.

Sadly, the obsessed Salman could not accept the decision gracefully. He was accused of harassing Aishwarya and her family to such an extent that a police complaint was lodged by Ash and she worked under complete police protection as well as personal guards’ security for a while. The two openly spit venom at each other at every possible opportunity and even refused to attend any event in the other’s presence. Any hopes of the two getting back together were put to rest by Aishwarya getting happily married to Abhishek Bachchan.

Fans of both these charismatic people wish Salman too finds his true love and happiness. Simultaneously, it would be fantastic if the duo bury their hatchet and make peace with each other. After all, Life is too short to harbor grudges for so long!Read more
